Driving Global Trade & Industrial Growth

ENZ INTERNATIONAL bridges the gap between global demand and Chinese manufacturing excellence. We provide end-to-end sourcing and industrial-setup support that helps businesses scale, de-risk procurement, and enter new markets with confidence.

We work as an extension of your team on the ground in China and East Africa, vetting suppliers, managing quality control, and coordinating the logistics that turn a purchase order or a factory blueprint into a delivered, working result. One point of contact owns your project from first call to final delivery, so nothing gets lost between departments or vendors.

What We Handle End-to-End

Six capabilities that cover the full path from a first product brief to a shipped, working result.

Supplier Sourcing & Vetting

Shortlisting, factory audits, and price benchmarking across Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Fujian manufacturing clusters.

Quality Control

Staged inspection — incoming materials, in-process, and pre-shipment — so defects are caught before they ship.

Factory Setup

Site selection, machinery sourcing, assembly-line planning, and commissioning support from feasibility to first run.

Freight & Customs

Consolidated freight forwarding and customs documentation, door-to-port.

Commodity Trading

Procurement of copper, cobalt, and select agricultural commodities with clear contract terms.

Market Entry Support

Competitor landscape briefings and introductions to vetted local partners.

Our Methodology

Understand

We start with your product, volume, and target market — not a generic pitch.

Vet

Every supplier or site is checked against our own diligence criteria before we recommend it.

Execute

A single point of contact manages sourcing, logistics, or construction through to delivery.

Support

Post-delivery support and ongoing sourcing relationships, not one-off transactions.

What Working With Us Looks Like

From the first call to ongoing delivery — what to expect at each stage.

  1. 1

    Book a Consultation

A 30-minute call to understand your product, volume, timeline, and budget — no cost, no obligation.

  2. 2

    Scoped Proposal

You get a written scope: what we’ll do, what it costs, and how long it takes, before anything is signed.

  3. 3

    Execution & Updates

Your single point of contact runs the project and sends regular, plain-language status updates.

  4. 4

    Delivery & Beyond

Goods delivered or factory commissioned — with an open line for the next order or the next phase.

Risk-Aware Process

Staged quality control and clearly written contract terms protect you at every step, not just at the end.

Context

Why China — and when the answer is no

China still has the deepest supplier base, the most complete component ecosystems, and the shortest path from prototype to volume in most categories. That is a real advantage. It is not a universal one.

Where it works

  • Component ecosystems mean a supplier can usually source sub-parts locally, which compresses lead time.
  • Genuine competition at almost every quality tier, so there is real room to negotiate rather than take a price.
  • Mature export infrastructure — freight, documentation, and third-party inspection are routine services, not special requests.

Where it does not

  • At very low volumes, MOQs and freight can make regional or local sourcing cheaper overall.
  • Where lead time matters more than unit cost, nearer suppliers frequently win despite higher prices.
  • Some categories face tariffs or trade restrictions that erase the price advantage entirely.

If your volume or category makes China the wrong answer, we would rather say so on the first call than after you have paid us.

Who you are dealing with

A note from the founder

Erick

Founder · Guangzhou, China

Most buyers who come to us have already been burned once. It is rarely bad luck — it happens because nobody on their side is standing in the factory.

That is the job: verify who you are buying from, inspect while it can still be fixed, and stay the one point of contact until the goods land. If a project is not a fit, we say so on the first call.

Speak to someone directly

Individual team profiles are still being written. In the meantime, an enquiry reaches a named person — not a shared inbox — and they stay with your project from the first call onward.
